Dear friends,

It's my pleasure and honour to write to you after humbly accepting my new role as President of the Chamber of Commerce of Saint-Jean-de-Matha. Thanks to the collaboration of the chamber's administrative staff as well as its members, I, with your help, hope to be able to develop concrete ideas in order to insure the prosperity of our business environment while trying my very best to play a unifying role for our business people.

Being business people who are involved in our community we should be able to look past our daily preoccupations and forward to the future. We can succeed in adopting such an attitude as a community with an open and positive mind.

We are sonstantly in search of new ideas, whether from old or new members who have in mind the progress ans success of our community.

We are offering you an important position in our organisation to which you will be welcomed with open arms. Please accept our invitation.

Our chamber of Commerce has come a long way since its ecistence 34 years. Its accomplishments are a reflection of our local society.

I hope to be able to spend, in your company, two extraodinary years which will be rich in experience, respect and public interest.
